Base Pricing:

• 0 to 0.23 acres - $1000

• 0.24 to 0.30 acres - $1100

• 0.31 to 0.44 acres - $1200

• 0.45 to 0.70 acres - $1300

• 0.70 to 0.94 acres - $1500

• 0.95 to 1.24 acres - $1900

• Above 1.24 acres - call for quote

Base price includes:

• 1 rough draft concept plan (available for changes/tweaks)

• 1 final master design as 2 documents (1 w/suggested plant list and 1 w/space measurements)

• Introduction to installation contractors (subject to location limitations)

• Plant Maintenance Booklet included at standard base price only (discounted package does not include this option) 

This Plant Bed Design service is available for plant beds only at the base price for up to 1/3 acre (price increases $200 for every 1/3 acre above base).

Base price includes:

• 1 rough draft concept plan (available for changes/tweaks)

• 1 final master design as 2 documents (1 w/suggested plant list and 1 w/space measurements)

This 3D Design service is available at the base price for up to 1/2 acre (price increases by $200 for every 1/2 acre above base). Discounts may be offered for partial property renderings.

Base price includes:

• 3D rendering of your final master design

This Plant Maintenance Booklet provides you with a PDF containing images and maintenance description for all the plants listed in your final master design.

This Full Color Design service provides you with a full color option of your final master design.

Commercial Design is available at the base price for up to 1/2 acre (price increases by $500 for every 1/2 acre above base).

Base price includes:

This Fully Online Design option includes a residential design package as described above (pricing breakdown per acreage), but you get to deduct $100 from your total. Fully online means we won't come to your property to take measurements or pictures. You will need to provide those to us.

The following is a list of items we will need from you:

• Fill out our online questionnaire

• Send a picture of each side of your house

• Send a picture with your back in each corner of your yard (front, side, back) with the picture looking out into your yard

We offer group plant or gardening classes upon request. We require a minimum of 5 individuals. Classes are held on Saturdays as arranged with your group. Classes are 2 hours each and pricing is $30 per individual. Information packets with the learning material will be provided. Please call or email for more information. Class options are as follows:
