Our Services

We offer a variety of services for your landscape design needs. Our standard rate for consultations is $85 per hour. A minimum of $85 will be charged for each in-person visit on location at the property. For any location more than an hour away from our Bluffdale office, an additional $50 travel fee will be added. We do offer the option to handle everything remotely rather than traveling to location. Please ask us for more information.

Residential Design Package - see below

Base Pricing:

0.14 to 0.23 acres - $600
0.24 to 0.30 acres - $700
0.31 to 0.44 acres - $850
0.45 to 0.70 acres - $1000
0.70 to 0.94 acres - $1300
0.95 to 1.24 acres - $1500
Above 1.24 acres - call for quote

Base price includes:

1 rough draft concept plan (available for changes/tweaks)
1 final master design as 2 documents (1 w/suggested plant list and 1 w/space measurements)
Introduction to installation contractors (subject to location limitations)
Plant Maintenance Booklet included at standard base price only (discounted package does not include this option)

Plant Bed Design Package - $500

This service is available for plant beds only at the base price for up to 1/3 acre (price increases $200 for every 1/3 acre above base).

Base price includes:

1 rough draft concept plan (available for changes/tweaks)
1 final master design as 2 documents (1 w/suggested plant list and 1 w/space measurements)

3D Design Package - $500

This service is available at the base price for up to 1/2 acre (price increases by $200 for every 1/2 acre above base). Discounts may be offered for partial property renderings.

Base price includes:

3D rendering of your final master design

Plant Maintenance Booklet - $50

This service provides you with a PDF containing images and maintenance description for all the plants listed in your final master design.

Full Color Design - $100

This service provides you with a full color option of your final master design.

Commercial Design Package - $2,000

This service is available at the base price for up to 1/2 acre (price increases by $500 for every 1/2 acre above base).

Base price includes:
